Spring! Spring! Spring!

It's that time of year again, yes Spring! With the colder weather easing up it also means it is time to switch out the wardrobe....well, almost time. Keep those long sleeved shirts and jackets for now. But if you want to get ahead of things start thinking about dresses. One thing I find people start to look for this time of year is dresses- dresses for Easter, Mother's Day, family gatherings, and parties.And the reason? They're adorable! Simply put dresses remain one of the quintessential outfits for any family occasion...especially one that calls for pictures (and you are taking pictures, right?).

European/ US Baby Clothes Conversion

Some of our favorite brands are from Europe. A quick look at the size tag and you might notice there is something different than on a US brand tag. In Europe baby and children's clothes are listed by height and not by age. If you know you're child's height in niches you will have to convert it into centimeters. Here is a quick list of European baby clothes sizes and the US equivalent. Popular brands such as Hanna Andersson, Catimini, Absorba, Jacadi, Duex par Duex, Oilily, and Le Top might be listed with European sizing.

Helpful tip: When using the advanced search feature less is more. For example let's say you're looking for a cute Baby Gap outfit for your little 2 year old boy. For your options, make sure you click on "Clothing" and "Boys". Then type in 'Gap' under the brand option and select your size. This is a very easy way to browse through our inventory. To widen your selection, try leaving out the brand name and just do a search for boy, 2T clothing. You'll be sure to find something :)
